Shipping policy

Since products by HOX3D are ‘made-to-order,” (products are manufactured when an order for them has been placed), once an order has been placed and its payment is processed, most items will typically need between 3-7 business days (excluding holidays) to be manufactured and given to a shipping carrier. These 3-7 business days are referenced as the “Processing time,” separate from “Shipping time.”  Some items will have a longer Processing Time due to the time it takes to manufacture them. If a customer orders many items or a large item, the Processing time for the order may increase due to the time it takes to manufacture the item/s. Customers can view an Estimated Processing time for each product on its product page. Except in special circumstances, orders with multiple items will be shipped out together in the same packaging. HOX3D offers free standard shipping on purchases made in the United States with an order value (before taxes or fees) greater than or equal to $35. Customers can purchase a faster shipping method during checkout. 

Customers who select free standard shipping for orders that qualify (according to the text above) will have their packages shipped through USPS® Ground Advantage® service.

If the customer would like their order to be fulfilled with a faster shipping service, HOX3D offers Priority Shipping Methods for an additional charge at checkout. 

It may take a few hours to a day for tracking to show updates after a label has been created and a tracking number has been sent to a customer, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected.

Disclaimer, purchasing a faster/priority shipping method does not change the Processing time.
